Frequently Asked Questions

Can I see a preview before ordering?

We don't have a real time preview option, as our design team manually personalizes your poster. We do work with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. This means we will make changes to your poster until you are completely happy.

How long does it take?

We aim to send you a digital preview of your poster within 48 hours. It might take a little bit longer on weekends and holidays.
Printing and shipping usually take 3-5 days after the poster is made and approved. (Please be advised that local shipping carriers might be slightly delayed due to COVID-19)

How is the poster sent?

We print locally in 30 countries around the world, and ship to 170+ countries.
Automatically, we will print at the facility closest to your address. Shipping is always free.

We offer:
- Print 11x17"
- Print 24x36"
- Frames in both sizes in Black, White and Natural Wood.

Can I use photos shot on my phone?

Yes! Modern phones have a good quality camera. We do recommend reading How It Works before you select your photo to get a better result.

Can I have my photo checked before ordering?

We recommend reading How It Works first. Most photos will work nicely. If you're still not sure and would like to know before purchasing, drop us an email with your photo.

What currency are your prices?

Our prices are in EUR. Prices are automatically converted to your currency, or manually through the drop down box in the menu. At checkout you will see the amount in EUR.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept a wide variation of payment providers; PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, iDeal, Shopify Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

What if I am not happy with my film poster?

In case you're not happy with the way your film poster turned out, please let us know and we will make revisions until you're completely satisfied with your poster. We will ask you to approve your poster before we print it. See Return Policy for information about shipping.

What quality should my photo be?

Generally, the larger the better. We recommend at least 2000 by 3000 pixels in the .JPG or .PNG file structure. Most modern cameras have a resolution big enough. But don’t worry, we’ll let you know if we’re having any issues.

Will there be more film poster designs I can choose?

Yes! We are always thinking about new film posters in different genres. We are working hard to expand our Product Range. If you don't want to miss anything sign up for our mailing list via our home page or follow us on social media. Or let us know what you like to see next!
