How long does it take to get my poster?
After receiving your order, we check your photo and send you your digital proof within 48 hours.
Printing and shipping generally takes 3-5 days after you've approved the proof.
You can ask as many revisions as you want, but keep in mind that it takes our design team a little bit of time to make these changes.

Does my poster come framed?
For print + frame orders:
Yes. All our posters come inside the frame so they are ready-to-hang, or ready-to-gift! 🤩
Do you ship to PO boxes?
At the moment we don't support US PO boxes as a delivery address.

How do I create my poster?
Creating your movie poster is really simple.
1. Select a design.
We have designs divided into collections by genre or occasion.
2. Upload your photo and fill in your titles.
You can get inspired by the examples on the product page or come up with creative titles. The preview you see is only a visual indication, without effects, filters and photo editing.
3. Place your order.
Now our design team is going to manually create your design. We'll remove your photo's background, apply filters and titles and make sure everything looks good.
4. Receive your proof.
Within 48 hours, you'll get an email with a link to your digital proof. On this page you can check your design. You can either approve it, and it will be printed and shipped to you, or you can ask for revisions. We're happy to change your poster if you're not satisfied!
5. Your poster is delivered.
We print your poster after receiving your approval and use printing facilities close to your address. In general, our posters are delivered in 3-5 days from the moment you approve.

Is my photo good enough?
Most photos work perfectly in our designs. Photos taken on a mobile phone too!
We conduct a photo check for every new order we receive and will email you if we need a different one. It's better to take the initiative and make sure you upload the highest quality image.
If we do need a new photo from you, this may lengthen your delivery time by a few days.
For best results, make sure to:
- Upload the highest possible resolution (2000x2000 pixels recommended)
- The people are within the frame
- Photo is taken in (day)light

What if I'm not happy with my design?
All orders are covered by our 100% satisfaction guarantee.
In case you're not happy with the way your film poster turned out, please let us know and we will make revisions until you're completely satisfied with your poster. We always ask you to approve your poster before we print it to avoid mistakes.

What's a digital file?
You can purchase a digital file of your poster. This means you get a download link to a digital, full resolution, print-ready file. You can then use this in case you want to print it yourself or keep for future use.
Will I see my finished artwork before you print?
Yes! We send you a digital proof of your artwork within 48 hours after ordering.
You can then ask for revisions or approve your design.
Once approved, we will print it straight away.
How will I receive my artwork proof?
After 48 hours of purchasing, we will send you an email with a link to your Approval Page.
On this page you will find your finished artwork proof. We ask you to check it thoroughly and either approve it, or ask for revisions.
Once approved, it's printed straight away.
In case of revisions, your designer will continue working on it and we will send you a new email when the new proof is ready.
When help is needed, or special requests, our customer service team is always there to assist.
Do you create custom movie posters?
Yes! We now offer a personal service that lets you work with a designer to create your own custom and bespoke movie poster!
Our designer will create a design to your description or examples - it can be inspired by an existing movie poster too! (We don't copy real movie posters one on one because of copyrights).
How do I edit my poster from the cart?
Added your poster to the cart, but want to make changes?
Simply click the button "Edit Poster". This will bring you back to the customization window. This might take a few seconds to load.
You can also go out of this window in case you want to change delivery (i.e. digital or print).
To save your changes, add the poster to the cart. It will be added underneath your 'old' one, which you can now delete.
How do I add more photos?
In the final step of the creation process you can add a second photo to your order, for a small extra charge.
Want to add more photos? Simply add this product to your cart and change the quantity to match the amount of photos you want to add: Extra Photo.
Then, continue to checkout. After ordering, you can use the contact form on our site to send us more photos. Please don't forget to mention your order number. This will be mentioned on the post-checkout page and in your confirmation email.

What currency are your prices?
Prices are converted to your local currency. Checkout is possible in in USD, GBP, EUR, AUD, CAD.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept a wide variation of payment providers; PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, iDeal, Shopify Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Refunds / Order change
Do you offer refunds?
Your Film Poster unfortunately does not accept refunds for change of mind due to all of our posters being personalised and manufactured on demand specifically for the customer. Cancellations of products not send (e.g. frames) is possible, when your artwork hasn't been approved yet.
We do, however, work with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. This means that we offer (unlimited) revisions in case you're unsatisfied with the proof of your poster and can offer change of design or store credit.
We advise to thoroughly check your proof for any mistakes prior to approving it - as approving means it will be printed straight away. If you haven't received your parcel 5 days after the estimated date in the tracking link, please let us know. We don't offer replacements for orders that were shipped over 30 days ago.
My order arrived damaged, what to do?
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us within 30 days if the item is damaged or partly incomplete.
Please provide photo evidence. We will offer a replacement as soon as we can.
