YourFilmposter does not offer refunds for approved and/or printed posters. Customers are asked to thoroughly check their proofs before approving it.

 

We do, however, work with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. This means that we offer (unlimited) revisions if in case a customer is unsatisfied with the proof(s) of their poster.

 

Damages or mistakes

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us if the item is damaged or partly incomplete. Please provide photo evidence. Mistakes made by us, that couldn't have been pointed out by the customer in the approval phase, will be fixed and replaced at our cost.

Your Film Poster unfortunately does not accept refunds for change of mind due to all of our posters being personalised and manufactured on demand specifically for the customer.

 

We do, however, work with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. This means that we offer (unlimited) revisions in case you're unsatisfied with the proof of your poster. We advise to thoroughly check your proof for any mistakes prior to approving it - as approving means it will be printed straight away.
